I recently read Compound Effect by Darren Hardy. This is an amazing book that speaks about consistency being an ultimate key to success. The compound effect is the principle of reaping huge rewards from a series of small smart choices. Most of us have a microwave mentality. We are always looking for quick schemes to… Continue reading Have a 100/0 Mentality
Kanayo wrote down all my thoughts in this post!!! This is a very solid post and I encourage everyone to read it.
I take retreats from people and social media twice a year. Just had one and wow I would say it was very much needed. There is so much comfort in knowing that our Lord and Saviour Jesus, walked and didn’t run. He lived an unhurried life, yet His purpose and mission were unquestionably fulfilled. Take home message: Busy does not equal to purpose.
Another renewed perspective that I received about ‘rest’ during my quiet time, is that I have permission to do nothing. I have permission to say ‘no’. I have permission to be strategic…

One of the keys to living a meaningful life is embodying a heart of service. However, in a world so fixated on "I" and not "Us", the word service gradually looses its relevance. Our daily life is infused with messages such as "treat yourself", "live large" - messages that slowly seep into our subconscious and… Continue reading LAML SPOTLIGHT: EFE OGOLO

Recently, God has been teaching me about having an excellent spirit and I've decided to share this to encourage… Continue reading The Spirit of Excellence
Why is everyone graduating and I've been stuck in school longer than I thought? Why is everyone getting job offers but I can't get one? Why is it that everyone else is getting married and I'm not even in a relationship? Why are things not working out for me? Why am I not happy? God,… Continue reading Trusting God’s Timing

A new year, a remarkable chapter!
Few days after I got a new phone number, calls started pouring in. Unfortunately, they weren't for me. It turned out that my new phone number had previously belonged to an electronic repair store. "I'm sorry," I'd say, "But this isn't the store. You dialed the right number, but now it's the number of my… Continue reading Communication: The skill of listening
